the day after the night before

airspace's 6th birthday party was a really nice evening, harking back in feel to the parties we used to hold at our old factory site. Loads of things going on - Marie Lees' contemporary face painting, Dan Hopkins' experimental tunes, dada readings, heady cocktails, art patches and loads of art-related fancy dress.

All in all a fitting evening of retrospection and future-looking. The future looks bright and promising.

The day after was spent relaxing and enjoying its aftermath in our burgeoning wildlife paradise - the back yard - a sunny day, some sparkling rose pinot noir, watching the birds - goldcrests, magpies, falcons! dunnocks, and blackbirds.

We planted our birthday daffodils - a present from the lovely emily charlton - thanks emily.

And a big thanks to everyone who engaged with us over the last 4 weeks, sent us artworks, responded to our questions, made posters etc etc - now for the clean up, the round up and the evaluation.
